5 Ton 13 Seer Goodman Air Conditioner R-22 - GSC130601

I replaced two ~11 year old 5-ton York R22 units with two of these 5-ton units and am very impressed with their performance for the price. They have Copeland scroll compressors and I like the tall condenser design. The chassis is not very rugged; however, it's sufficient for residential. They do include a built-in small filter/dryer but I suggest adding a secondary larger filter/dryer on the 3/8" liquid line. I think these are excellent units for replacing older R22 5-ton units that use a 90 size fixed orifice evaporator. This system as sold provides cooling only. Adding heat strips to the air handler (sold separately) can provide heating if desired. The systems come pre-charged with environmentally friendly R-410A refrigerant. Includes outdoor condenser only. Copper lines and any other accessories are sold separately.
